Your role
We are looking for a Process Controller (m/w/d) whose primary focus will be on making sure all lottery processes run smoothly. A key component of this role is precision. The lottery processes are at the core of its business. Therefore, we need someone who works very precisely and accurate. This person will work (together with the other Process Controller and with the IT team) alongside Finance, Marketing, and other business stakeholders.
Your mission
  • Draw management
    • Creating the draws and configuring the prices
  • Draw buildup and draw execution (in collaboration with the notary)
  • Create and check with our management the complete detailed playround schedule. This is the schedule which defines when we do our draws, collections etc.
  • Monitor playround reports
  • Making sure the following complex processes run without issues
    • Collections. Collecting the money for the tickets, and making sure all numbers match up.
    • Monthly Payouts. Checking the prizes which are drawn. Execute and check that all the correct amounts are sent to the right winners.
  • Above processes all run in our own developer lottery software. Making this software your own is an important part of the job. After you gain the knowledge, you can help with analysing and fixing complex incidents in our core systems.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to address project-related issues as well as human resources needs of team members, to make quick, informed decisions about technical problem areas.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative mind-set, and identify solutions to challenges
  • Work independently without day-to-day management
Your profile
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a same type of role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with managing complex processes.
  • Excellent precision and accurate work mentality.
Desirable
  • Digital and Business Intelligence experience
  • Business Readiness and implementation planning
