Your role

We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) whose primary focus will be on software delivery of our Marketing campaigns. This person will work alongside software developers, and business stakeholders, working across the product delivery team within IT. The product owner will also sit in marketing department, en is the bridge between Marketing and IT.

Your mission

• Project manage our marketing campaigns
  • Make sure our designs are there and ready in time
  • Create clear requirements for the scrum team to work with
  • Remove blockers
  • Communicate the progress to the stakeholders
  • Coordinate the deadlines and releases  
• Manage and fill the backlog of the campaign scrum team
  • Create clear requirements by having meetings with the involved stakeholders
• Communicate the project status and roadmap to all involved stakeholders  
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting      successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals  
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends  
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior      prepared tasks to work on
• Will also sit in marketing and be the bridge between Marketing and IT
• Have a commercial head, and working to improving conversion rates on the domain with the marketing and IT team 
• Be able to work in a team with design, insights, IT and marketing

Your profile

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager 
• A good record of managing scope, time, and budget of multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with requirements, change and defect management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing Agile projects.
• Understanding how requirements translate to technical solutions.
• Prior experience delivering high profile software, web or eCommerce projects.
• The recent experience of working directly with developers/technical team to deliver projects.

• Digital and Business Intelligence experience
• Business Readiness and implementation planning
